What’s included

A full dispatch team behind every load

You keep control. We handle the time-consuming work between loads — from finding freight to chasing payments.

Load sourcing

We search load boards and broker networks to find freight that fits your equipment, lanes, and home-time needs.

Rate negotiation

Every load is negotiated from your side. We push for top-of-market rates and fight for detention, layover, and accessorial pay.

Broker vetting

We check broker ratings, credit, and payment history before you ever see a load — so you haul for people who pay.

Paperwork & setup

Carrier packets, W-9s, insurance docs, rate confirmations, and PODs — handled so you can stay on the road.

Route planning

Multi-leg planning that targets consistent freight, minimizes deadhead, and gets you home on schedule.

Issue handling

Check calls, appointment changes, broker updates, and problems in transit — 24/7 until the load delivers.

From standard dry van to specialized hotshot, our dispatchers understand the lanes, rate structures, and broker expectations for each trailer type.

Pricing

We win when you win

No flat fees. No weekly retainers. We take a percentage of each load’s gross — which means we’re motivated to find higher-paying freight, just like you.

  • No contracts. Cancel anytime. We earn your business every week.
  • No forced dispatch. You approve every load before we book it.
  • No loads = no invoice. We only bill for loads you actually haul.

How it works

Fast onboarding. Human dispatchers. You stay in control.

Start running in 24–48 hours after documents are verified. Our process mirrors the legal distinction built into our route technology: dispatchers assist, carriers decide.

01

Build your carrier profile

We review your equipment, preferred markets, operating costs, home-time needs, and target rate-per-mile.

02

Get your documents ready

MC authority letter, W-9, certificate of insurance, and carrier packets — organized so you’re never delayed when strong freight appears.

03

We search & screen loads

Every option is checked for lane fit, rate potential, broker payment history, and operational red flags before it reaches you.

04

You approve, we book

We negotiate from your side, then send you the load for approval. You always have the final say — because we dispatch, we don’t broker.

05

We handle the run

Check calls, broker updates, appointment coordination, and POD collection — 24/7 support until you get paid.

Why Will Haul

Dispatch backed by logistics technology

Most dispatchers stop at finding loads. We bring operational tooling, broker-data discipline, and the systems mindset of a freighttech company to a service carriers actually trust.

Built by freighttech operators

Will Haul Logistics is a technology company serving trucking operations — not a generic call center. Our tools, processes, and data standards come from the same systems we use internally.

Carrier-first accountability

You know your dispatcher. You see your loads before they’re booked. You approve what hauls and what doesn’t.

Incentive-aligned pricing

Because we earn a percentage of gross, your dispatcher is financially motivated to find better-paying freight — not just any freight.

Nationwide broker relationships

We work with reputable brokers across the U.S. and screen credit before booking so you haul for companies that pay.

FAQ

Questions owner-operators ask

What percentage do you charge for dispatch? +

Our standard dispatch fee starts at 5% of a load’s gross for Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and Step Deck with 6+ months of MC authority. Newer authorities, Power Only, and Hotshot carry higher rates based on broker-acceptance risk and load-sourcing effort. We confirm exact pricing before onboarding.

Are there any contracts or setup fees? +

No. We don’t lock you into a contract and there is no setup fee. Cancel anytime — we earn your business every week.

Do I have to take every load you send? +

No. We never force dispatch. You approve every load before we book it. If a lane, rate, or broker doesn’t feel right, we keep searching.

What equipment types do you dispatch? +

Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Step Deck, Power Only, and Hotshot. We do not typically dispatch Box Trucks or Sprinter Vans. Hotshot units need at least 6 months of active MC authority due to limited broker acceptance.

How quickly can I start? +

Most carriers are onboarded and seeing load options within 24–48 hours after we receive complete documents.

Will Haul dispatches — but are you a broker? +

No. We act as your dispatcher. That means we find, negotiate, and support loads on your behalf, but the carrier (you) retains final approval authority.
