Dispatch & Logistics Support
for Owner-Operators and Small Carriers
Will Haul Logistics helps box truck, hotshot, power-only, and small-fleet carriers find loads, negotiate with brokers, plan smarter lanes, and stay organized from booking to delivery. You set the rules up front. We move fast when the right load appears.
Load boards show you options. We help you work those options faster and smarter.
Load boards show you options. Turning those options into profitable work takes time, calls, negotiation, broker screening, lane planning, and fast decision-making.
Will Haul Logistics gives owner-operators and small carriers hands-on dispatch support so you are not trying to run the entire business from the cab. We help search, screen, negotiate, coordinate, and keep the next move in sight.
What We Help With
Load Search
We search available freight based on your equipment, location, lane preferences, schedule, and rate targets.
Broker Calls & Negotiation
We contact brokers, ask the right questions, negotiate rates, and help protect your time before you commit to a load.
Broker Screening
We review broker details, payment signals, factoring compatibility, and operational red flags before pushing a load forward.
Lane Planning
We look beyond the first load and consider deadhead, backhaul options, delivery timing, and where the load leaves your truck next.
Paperwork Organization
We help keep rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, and load details organized so the business side does not get lost in the shuffle.
Active-Load Support
While you are under a load, we help with communication, check calls, appointment updates, and issue handling when needed.
Set the Rules Up Front. Move Fast When It Counts.
Good loads can move quickly. That is why we do not build the process around slow back-and-forth for every possible option. Before dispatch starts, we learn your operating rules so we can move faster when a load fits.
Tell Us About Your Truck
We review your equipment, authority, insurance, lanes, rate goals, schedule, and must-avoid situations.
Set Your Dispatch Rules
You tell us your preferred lanes, minimum rate expectations, deadhead limits, broker requirements, home-time needs, and deal-breakers.
We Search and Negotiate
We search for loads that fit your rules, call brokers, verify details, negotiate rates, and work to protect your time.
We Move Quickly on Good Fits
When a load matches your rules, we coordinate fast by phone, text, or your preferred communication method so good opportunities are not missed.
You Stay in Control
No forced dispatch. You decide how much authority you want us to have, and every carrier relationship starts with clear written terms.
We Support the Load Through Delivery
We help track key details, organize paperwork, communicate updates, and keep the next move in sight.

Questions owner-operators and small carriers ask
Do you force dispatch? +
No. We do not force dispatch. You stay in control of your truck and your business. We learn your operating rules up front and work within those rules when searching and negotiating.
Do I need my own authority? +
Yes. Dispatch support is for carriers operating under their own authority unless otherwise discussed. You remain responsible for your authority, insurance, compliance, and carrier obligations.
Do you work with box trucks? +
Yes. Box trucks are one of the main equipment types we support.
Do you work with cargo vans or Sprinter vans? +
Not at this time. Our current dispatch support is focused on box trucks, hotshot, power-only, dry van, reefer, flatbed, and step deck carriers.
Do you charge upfront fees? +
No. There is no setup fee and no weekly retainer. We are paid as a percentage of loads we help book.
What are your dispatch rates? +
Semi-truck equipment, including dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, and power-only, is 7%. Box trucks are 8%. Hotshot is 9%. Final terms may depend on equipment, lanes, authority age, factoring requirements, number of trucks, and back-office needs.
Do I have to sign a contract? +
We use a simple dispatch agreement so the relationship is clear, but there is no long-term lock-in.
Can you guarantee loads? +
No. We do not guarantee loads, rates, revenue, or broker acceptance. We help search, screen, negotiate, plan, and coordinate, but freight availability and final broker decisions depend on the market, equipment, lane, authority, insurance, and timing.
How fast do you move when a good load appears? +
